Man with dementia found confused on porch after lost drive

We're doing a welfare check on on (name withheld).

He's got, the neighbor's saying that he's got dementia and started driving a vehicle, ended up getting confused or lost and ended up coming back.

He's now sitting on the porch.

Caller has also stated that he's called adult services.

In the past, they think the wife is abusing the male.
