Concern for child amid mother's suspicious behavior

Virtually called in by the subject's employer who called her saying some scattered things and sounding suspicious. She talked about taking some narcotics from a vacant unit at the place she works. and then talked about having some issues with her boyfriend. She doesn't live there and is not thought to be there. The caller is concerned for the subject's daughter. We also got an additional caller from the mother reporting similar statements made by the subject. Also requesting a welfare check[1], concerned about the eight-year-old child. The subjects of (name withheld). White female, early 30s. Thin, long gray t-shirt with colorful leggings. And her boyfriend's name is (name withheld). He's a white male, 38-59 with a muscular build and blonde hair. That's 4228 Southwest Dawson Street.
