It has a normal respiratory rate of 12. Patient does have some purposeful movement. Pathysis checking pupils. Okay. It is responsive to pain, but other than that, we're not really getting anything. Blood sugar came back approximately 170. A patient has dementia. Taking medications as prescribed and has just been complaining of being a little bit more weak lately, decreased food and fluid intake.
