Engine 30, you have Medic. One from Engine 30. This is going to be primarily for an evaluation. This has been down 61 years old for three days. Patient is diabetic with a blood sugar of 47, a blood pressure of 198 over 100 with a sustained rate of 120. and she's warm to the touch, possibly dealing with the gain of onset of sepsis due to a recent cool flu incident that she had. She is altered at this point and her ability to answer a question is a little bit variable. We advise that the elevators do not work in the building so we'll have to take stairs and we're going to work with AMR.
