Juveniles reportedly brandished baton at driver near SW Dakota St & 37th Ave SW

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers reported a group of 3–4 juveniles associated with a suspect vehicle that had been circling and recording near SW Dakota St and 37th Ave SW. Radio traffic indicated a baton was brandished toward another driver. Units also checked a Toyota RAV4 with an expired temporary tag and noted a black Mercedes (late 1990s–early 2000s, heavy tint, driver wearing a beanie) possibly involved, last seen eastbound on SW Dakota St from 37th and possibly north on 38th. Status of the involved parties was unclear at the last update.
