I think 32211. We're seeing a 45-year-old male with history of epilepsy, history of seizures, reported to have three seizures within two and a half hours today. Mother states that he was taking exceptionally long time to get out of his post-dictal state. It's been approximately 20 minutes in counting. We initially found him diaphoretic, suprily on the couch, unresponsive.

Approximately five minutes later, he was a slightly response to pain. We initially going to BP of 100 over 50. 15 minutes after that, it dropped to 90 over 40. He is very diacretic and pale. This report to also have been vomiting, and we find him with pinpoint pupils non-reactive, no report of opioids on board. We have him up at Mar's unit on 14th 300 rig.
