Unconscious person after suspected overdose at home

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency responders and Rockland EMS were dispatched to a home on Ingham Drive for a possible overdose involving an unconscious but breathing male. Separately, officers conducted a traffic stop on West Main Street, Searsport, issuing a warning for lane and seatbelt violations.
