Woman overdoses on medication in Scio apartment

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency units were dispatched to a possible overdose involving an adult woman who was conscious but not alert after reported medication ingestion at an apartment near Northwest Beach Street and Northwest Alder Street in Scio.
