Suspect seen on camera fleeing liquor store theft

this boy isn't a criminal . this boy is a victim of his mentally /physically abusive father and the mental health system being non existent. indiana ems refused him mental health help even though he couldn't tell them what year it was nor his name. there's some people that really need help and he's one of them. he isn't on drugs he drinks time to time.
