Stalled car on I-35 northbound near FM 3009

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies checked on a stalled black car off the travel lanes on northbound I‑35 near the FM 3009 and Schertz Parkway area. The driver was reportedly changing a tire, and units briefly blocked the on‑ramp and part of the roadway to manage traffic. A tow truck was discussed but was not believed to be needed.
