As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched to a possible assault and roadway dispute near Fox Hollow Loop in Savannah, where a caller reported that debris cleanup workers allegedly tried to run him over and broke a mirror off his vehicle while he was blocking the road for an electric company.
