Alarm at locked electrical room on Broadway

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to an alarm at a commercial building on Broadway involving the electrical room door. An alarm company reported three people on scene, and video reportedly showed them inside the building. The building was locked with no keyholder responding, so officers coordinated with the fire department about making entry. A truck with an Illinois license plate, apparently from an electric company, was also noted at the scene.
