Static 911 call from Saugus housing landline

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were sent to a housing complex near Talbot Street after a 911 call came in with heavy static and then disconnected. A callback reportedly reached a hard line labeled for local housing, but the line again had static and was terminated.
