Two unconscious people found in vehicle, possible overdose

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews were sent to a business along Route 39 near Sardinia for two people who appeared to be unconscious in a vehicle, with a possible drug overdose and drug paraphernalia reported nearby. Fire and EMS were asked to stage and wait for law enforcement before approaching the scene.
