Fire alarm activation during smoke detector test

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency response teams were initially dispatched to an address in Santa Clara for a reported fire alarm. However, the call was later canceled due to smoke detector testing being conducted on-site, as per a request received by the dispatch center.
