Man found unconscious, revived after possible overdose

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency responders were dispatched to reports of an unconscious man on High Street in Sandy Lake Borough. The patient was a 30-year-old male who had initially stopped breathing. CPR was started, and later he was reported to be breathing and talking. The situation may have been related to a possible overdose.
