Outside fire from blown transformer on Spring Boulevard

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews were dispatched to an outside fire near Spring Boulevard and Quigley Road, where a transformer reportedly blew but was not threatening nearby buildings. A medical unit was also sent to a separate call on West A Street near Asperian Boulevard.
