A caller reported that the other parent was allegedly following them in a vehicle. The victim was said to be in a gray Kia (number withheld), and the involved vehicle may have been a white Ford F-150 last seen heading toward 3rd and Evans. No weapons were reported, and the reporting person later declined to meet with officers.
