just out of curiosity & since I don't know the answer to this, what is the punishment for such a "small crime"? I would think that maybe they'd give a ticket & then tell them to leave, arrest if uncooperative after that. however, the way SF treats the so called "good guys" & " bad guys" (from what I've witnessed over the last decade or so) I'm gonna guess that this person probably just got slowly escorted off the premises & at the very edge of the property line, they were abandoned to do whatever they want again. nothing to really deter them from doing it again. but if they appear to be mostly sane, decent, polite, etc. I bet they end up getting arrested or just detained for the max time allowed. causing them to lose any job, home, or belongings they might have & forcing them to become 1 of the so called "hated homeless".
