Minor rear-end crash causes neck and shoulder pain

His breathing, heart rate, blood pressure, and blood sugar were checked and found to be within acceptable limits for him, and he denied using drugs or alcohol. After being advised of the possible risks, he chose not to be taken to the hospital and planned to continue to his scheduled medical appointment, while police took a report at the scene.
