Male near fainting episode with fall at naval base

As discussed during the dispatch call, a near-syncope event occurred involving a man around 20 years old at Naval Base near 32nd Street. He fell to the ground but denied head trauma. Symptoms included dizziness and feeling overheated. EMS provided treatment and transported him to Melville.
