Serious crash with ejection on I-25 near San Antonio

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a serious motor vehicle crash on I-25 northbound near San Antonio and San Ysidro, with reports of a high-impact collision and at least one person ejected from a vehicle. A man in his fifties was reported conscious but short of breath. Units were also directed to contact a related patient at a fast-food restaurant on Isleta Boulevard.
