544, can you be en route to (number withheld) Haystack Lane?

00:05

Female called earlier three times back to back on the 911 line.

00:10

Finally got her on the line.

00:11

She said her phone kept messing up and now she keeps spinning it again.

00:15

And I tried to call her back and can't get nothing but some odd noises on the line.
