Intoxicated person reported in black Jeep

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report from a local business about a possibly intoxicated person in a small black vehicle, possibly a Jeep, who did not want contact with staff. Officers were asked to be on the lookout in the surrounding area.
