Excavation crew strikes unmarked residential gas line

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded near East Cemetery Street and North Shaver Street in Salisbury after a work crew reportedly struck an unmarked residential gas service line while excavating to place a water line. The apparent gas leak was brought under control by fire units on scene.
