We received a call from a male party who lives at the top of Poncha Pass.

He stated over at the O'Haver turnoff on Marshall Pass Road, a couple of days ago he noticed a bunch of trash over there, so he cleaned it up.

Today he noticed somebody dumping the trash and he went to go clean it up and found a bunch of mail and stuff with the trash that was dumped.
