Driver reported driving into oncoming traffic

As discussed during the dispatch call, units were notified of a report of a silver Ford Taurus driving erratically, crossing lanes and briefly entering oncoming traffic before stopping near a Dollar Dairy Mart on West Main Street in Salem, West Virginia. An officer was asked to check the driver’s welfare.
