Gas investigation prompts evacuation and road closure

The two units are covering you, (number withheld). Ladder 2 from command: are we venting into the atmosphere or covered with dirt? Not getting any readings. From the windows we've opened on the affected structure we have zero readings inside, but all doors are locked so we haven't been able to get an attic reference yet. The place has a basement as well. Can we get quick readings in the basement and then stay out of that house until PG, Northwest Natural is on scene. Bravo One exposure also has a basement and is being evacuated right now. Area northwest is being cleared. We are going to have 24th Street south down to State Street completely blocked. Confirming contractors on scene are the only two people there; the house is evacuated.
