that's what happens when the city don't come out and plow I seen the first plow it about 8:00 and he didn't even have his plow down he was just driving around they need to get out there during the night and plow the roads and lay down sand and salt so when people get up in the morning they're not driving too deep snow and getting into accidents like what just happened
