She doesn't need mental health! She's distraught over her dog!!! Come on!!!

At age 23. Can see your point. There must be some other factors in play here we don’t know about.

No! Absolutely not! The loss of a pet is absolutely devastating!!! For a lot of us, the loss of a pet is no different than the loss of a family member. It is absolutely gut wrenching.

Agreed. It is. My thought was if this 23yr old has special needs, or this was a dog that helped her with some trauma or depression situation. But then, that wouldn’t precipitate parents calling cops to have her taken for psychiatric evaluation. Vs them driving her there themselves. 🤷‍♂️
