Elderly woman experiences shortness of breath in therapy

As discussed during the dispatch call, eMS is responding to an elderly female patient experiencing shortness of breath during physical therapy at an assisted living facility near McMullen Booth Rd. She has rapid breathing and elevated blood pressure. Transport to hospital is in progress.
