Report of explosion and dispute near parked car

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies responded to a caller in Rushford who reported hearing a loud explosion near the intersection of West Branch and Buffalo Street. The caller also mentioned a gray Volkswagen Beetle parked suspiciously in the area. No further suspicious activity was found after checking the location.
