35-year-old woman found unresponsive, later breathing, with leg pain

As discussed during the dispatch call, eMS and rural fire were dispatched to a location on Fifth Street in Rule for a reported medical emergency involving a 35-year-old woman who was initially not breathing and appeared unresponsive, but later began breathing and complained of severe leg pain.
