Suspicious person with flashlight behind home

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a suspicious person with a flashlight in the backyard of a home near Rolf Lane in Newbury. The caller, who lives directly behind the address, could see the person from a window but did not know what the person was doing.
