Verbal dispute in parked vehicle on Northampton Road

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched to a reported verbal disturbance near a nursing facility on Northampton Road in Rowlett. A reporting party in a red Nissan stated that a man she knows was arguing with her and had locked a vehicle with belongings and a dog inside before the call disconnected.
