Suspicious person seen between car and house

As discussed during the dispatch call, a caller working in another city reported seeing a younger male with curly hair on home security cameras walking between a vehicle and a house near 13th Street in Rowena, where the caller’s family was present. Deputies were sent to check on a possible suspicious person or trespassing near the back of the residence.
