65-year-old man with left side swelling at apartment

As discussed during the dispatch call, eMS units were sent to an apartment complex in Rossville, Tennessee, for a 65-year-old man after his medical alarm pendant was activated and he was reported to have swelling on his left side. The apartment was described as being toward the back of the complex, and responding units were advised of a gate code.
