One-year-old child reported not breathing (possible seizure)

As discussed during the dispatch call, units were dispatched for a 1-year-old child reported not conscious and not breathing (dispatch noted as a “full arrest”) near Terry Court in Roselle, in/near unit B. Later radio traffic indicated it may have been a possible seizure.
