Woman unable to walk after ingesting fentanyl
Drugs Violation307 26. We have the female back on the line. The location on her phone is showing their 329 Laurel Street. So she's behind a house and close to a street. She's unable to walk. She's having some leg pain. No weapons. She said she took a couple of points of fentanyl that she'd wrapped in plastic before ingesting it. Stop and 26. We still have her on the line. She says she's trying to use a walking stick and is trying to make her way towards the house at 329 Laurel.
