Woman awake but not responding properly at apartment

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency responders were dispatched to an apartment near Cleveland St in Rollingstone for an adult female who was awake and breathing but reportedly not responding normally. EMS requested a routine response and a check of vital signs.
