Shoplifting suspect flees Dollar Tree in red car

A heavyset male with dreadlocks reportedly ran out with multiple items and left eastbound in a red hatchback. The vehicle’s license plate was broadcast to units, and the registered owner was said to match the description provided by the reporting party.
