Welfare check requested for unresponsive elderly woman

As discussed during the dispatch call, a welfare check was requested near Rocky Ridge Road for a 67-year-old female who has not been reached for several days. The power has been out for at least three days, and there is a reported issue with the landlord. Previous EMS contact was noted in January with the same individual.
