Emergency response, 633, Tack 1. In route, Calvary Street. Stage until scene secure. It was witnessed by 911 telecommunicator that there were subjects on scene having a verbal disturbance. In reference to a 29-year-old female, possibly not conscious, is breathing. Rocky Mount PD's been notified. It was observed that males were arguing in the background before disconnect.
