Reckless semi driving reported on Highway 287

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a red semi truck with a white refrigerated trailer driving recklessly on Highway 287 near mile marker 63 northbound, including speeding and passing in a no‑passing zone. Rocky Ford police reportedly stopped the truck near city hall in Rocky Ford and requested a state trooper to respond since the alleged violations occurred outside the city limits.
