Downed utility pole blocking part of Kingwood Road

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received numerous calls about a telephone pole and wires down partially blocking Kingwood Road near a residence by the old bus garage and Center Concrete in the 622 district. Another pole is reportedly leaning across the roadway, and traffic may need to be stopped and diverted while the scene is handled.
