Loose longhorn steer blocking Thrush Avenue

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies responded to reports of a longhorn steer walking in the roadway near the (number withheld) block of Thrush Avenue in Rockwell, Iowa. The animal appeared to be blocking part of the road as attempts were made to contact its possible owner.
