Van occupants throwing firecrackers onto roadway

As discussed during the dispatch call, a caller reported occupants of a gray Dodge van possibly throwing firecrackers out the window while driving near the intersection of US 36 and US 41 by St. Bernice, with the caller following in a white SUV.
