Person trapped under fallen tree with injuries

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews from Lyon County and Rock Rapids responded to a medical emergency near Goldfinch Avenue, where a person was trapped under a fallen tree. The tree was later removed and the person was reported to be breathing normally.
