Suicidal driver flees welfare check near Rock Port

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers discussed a southbound vehicle pursuit near Rock Port that reportedly began after a welfare check on a suicidal subject who fled. The vehicle was described as a black Ford SUV with a Missouri license plate, and Fremont County later appeared to terminate the active pursuit while still following without lights.
