Person sick near Powderhouse Street upgraded to code blue

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency medical crews were sent to a sickness call near Powder House Street in Rock Hill. The response for EMS unit three was upgraded from a lower priority to a priority one, and a possible Code Blue was reported under Steel Street command.
